Concerts and music projects
The concert offer presented below consists of original music projects performed at festivals, corporate events, cultural events, club concerts, and special events.
“Masters of Rhythm” is a concert project that pays tribute to the greatest drummers in the history of music. During the performance, I present the distinctive playing styles of legendary figures, showing how the role of the drums and the sound of bands have evolved over the years. It is not only a concert, but a full-scale audiovisual show combining live music, lighting, and multimedia projections that guide the audience through the history of rhythm.
During the concert, the audience learns about the structure of the drum kit, its individual components, and their function in music. I explain exactly what we hear in the pieces and how different drumming styles influence the character of a composition. “Masters of Rhythm” combines education with a dynamic stage performance, which makes it suitable both for cultural events and music festivals, as well as events with a show element.
Miko Jazz Band is a professional group of musicians performing live music - from jazz and smooth pop, through funk, to elegant background music for events. The project was created with events in mind that require high-quality musical setting tailored to the nature of the occasion and the audience. The repertoire includes both classic jazz standards and modern arrangements of popular music.
We offer different performance formats - from subtle background music during business meetings to a full live concert. The band can also prepare jingles, short musical forms, and dedicated sound design for the event. Depending on the needs, instrumental programmes or extended versions with a female or male vocalist are available, which allows the performance to be adapted to the character of the event.
“Miko Solo Act” is an original show combining acoustic drums with electronics, synthesizers, and improvisation. The project is based on a contemporary approach to rhythm and real-time music creation. The performance is built in layers - from simple rhythmic structures to more developed forms incorporating elements of jazz, electronics, and experimental music.
Each concert focuses on sound, structure, and the gradual development of the musical form. The project was created primarily for drum festivals, but also works well at artistic events, showcases, and club concerts.
Miko Moon Quintet is an original concert project combining modern jazz with elements of hip-hop and improvisation. The band performs original material inspired by the contemporary jazz scene and the aesthetics of hip-hop music, creating a fresh and spacious sound. The compositions are based on groove, extended arrangements, and an open improvised form.
The project is primarily aimed at jazz and music festivals, but also works well in club settings and on alternative stages. Miko Moon Quintet combines elements of modern jazz with influences of hip-hop, leaving a large space for improvisation and interaction between the musicians.
